1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are shipped same day as payment is processed, excluding weekends and holidays. Most shops take days to ship your order. We send it right out because we know the beach isn’t waiting.

2. Returns + Exchanges

• Our swimwear is specialty fitted and made to work for your exact proportions.
• Although most suits are listed as a single size set, we guarantee a fit that works for you. If you need a large top and a 2XS bottom, we will make that happen at no additional charge.
• Because of the intimate nature of swimwear, we do not accept returns for refunds. Returned suits often come back worn or with fragrance or body products, and we will not resell them.
• We strongly recommend contacting us for a size consultation before ordering. Send your measurements and we will guide you. If you follow our sizing recommendation and it does not fit properly, we will exchange it at no cost to you.
• We get it right the first time.

3. Separate Sizing

• Need a different size top and bottom? No problem—just email us. We offer personalized sizing for a perfect fit.
